We appreciated how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff are—they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and assist with any needs or questions. The breakfast is good and provides a pleasant start to the day, with fresh and satisfying options. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore San José and reach nearby attractions.

What an incredibly beautiful boutique hotel! Very close to Jade Museum, National Museum and parks a short walk (10+ minutes) to theatre and Gold Museum, markets. Lovely restaurants close by. Exceptional kindness from the front desk staff.

One of our best stays in a while, an amazing first stay for us arriving in Costa Rica. Great amenities and Pilar, Xavier and the staff were very helpful and friendly, always available for advice. A place where we wish we could have stayed more than two nights, 10/10.

Everything! Beautiful room and facilities are excellent. I was in town for dental work and the entire staff went out of their way to make my stay unforgettable.
