Very clean and comfortable… Great location

Quick and efficient check- in, parking on the premises, lovely rooms and bathroom, mini bar and coffee- making facilities, everything one could need for a few days' stay in Berlin. Great value for money.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise.From the variety of food to the friendly staff.

Excellent location at Friedrikhstrasse, central and quiet, clean and spacious room, breakfast exceeded my expectations.

Everything, the staff, the room, and the location were amazing.

The room was very big and clean and cheap and it came with an executive lounge with it and it was very good the staff were helpful especially their employee's Ali he was speaking Arabic and made my staying easy

Really liked the location. The breakfast was very satisfying too. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I also liked the gym facilities. I would sum it up as good value for the modest stay in the city centre.

Everything was absolutely excellent. The staff were outstandingly welcoming and attentive, and despite my stay being only for one night, they ensured maximum comfort and care throughout my visit. The room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. Breakfast was superb, offering great quality and variety. The lobby was truly exceptional — stylish, inviting, and complemented by a wonderful bar that added a special charm to the overall experience. The location is simply perfect, whether you are visiting for the Christmas markets or planning a stay during the summer season. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again.

The room was very spacious, extremely comfortable pillow and bed! Big windows and very ergonomically placed work table in front. In case you are going for vacation or a business trip. I highly recommend this place! The breakfast itself was outstanding and a very big variety provided! Did not have the time to check out the sauna and gym but I am sure it would've been at the same professional level :)

Everything was excellent. The staff, the bar area the steak restaurant (slightly pricey but 100% worth it!) the rooms, the facilities, etc. I can't praise high enough.

We stayed here during a heat wave. It was such a surprise. Just 10km from home it felt like being on vacation. Beautiful building and interior with large glass windows. Nice rooms. Location right on the water and close the Köpenick center. The staff is friendly and exceptional. The breakfast a morning highlight. Diner was fantastic. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor to just hang and relax. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. A real discovery.

The hotel is great, the room was spacious and very clean. Check in was very smooth and Paola at the reception was wonderful, she did everything for us to stay comfy during all the stay. Location is great, especially if you would like shopping.
