It is very large for a city center hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Friendly staff, nice location

Location is great. Close to the main train station. There's a supermarket and shopping mall very close to the hotel. Also the kitchen in the room was very helpful since we didn't want to eat outside. Everything was clean. There is a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, stove and lots of kitchen tools.

The room was spacious, beds very comfortable and the blinds ensured a good night’s rest. Housekeeping were doing a great job every day and the front desk staff were kind and accommodating. The location is very convenient - walking distance to the city center, a nearby park and the riverside. Overall really good value! I’d definitely stay here again.

The apartment is in the center of Frankfurt City, and all the stations are nearby. The Zeil Road is near, too. The staff are very kind.

Hotel was awesome. 🤍 The room was clean and so comfortable. The hotel’s location was great, you can get to the Old Town by walking through beautiful streets. 😊 One of the advantages is early check-in from 10:00 am and staff is very nice and want to be helpful anyway. 🤍 You will not regret choosing this hotel😉

Great location , rooms and services

The breakfast was excellent. The property is a traditional, historic 5 star hotel with wide stairways and hallways, marble floors and well maintained common areas. The room was comfortable and we liked being on the quiet back side.

On the whole, excellent value for money.

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly and the location is great.

Amazing hotel Great location Will go back next trip

No staff on site but key pickup was easy and automated and communicating by whatsapp/email worked fine. The rooms are mostly on the ground floor, within a small locked courtyard only accessible to guests. Nice big windows, comfortable bed and so much space for the price and location.
