Great apartment with awesome views of the lake. Loved the location. Nice Italian restaurant and ice cream shop near by. Dutch Quarter is great. Loved the area. Wish we could have stayed longer and seen a German play at the Otto Theatre.

The room was lovely, smelled really nice and welcoming. The hotel provided Nespresso capsules or high end tea facilities in the room. The bathroom was welcoming and the shower was excellent. Beds were exceptionally comfy. Breakfast was excellent with fresh ingredients though came with a steep Eur 21 per person. The hotel provides parking again at a Eur 20 charge, but considering it's Potsdam, it's OK. The hotel is situated at one of the gates just outside the old quarter with nice boutiques, restaurants or great bars (Fritzen ought to be on the visiting list if one likes quirky bars).

Very comfortable hotel right by the lake. There is in indoor spa, plus a sauna boat on the lake itself, so you can jump in the lake for a swim. Nice terrace dining with lovely view. Dinner was good and breakfast was stellar. Friendly staff.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a longer roadtrip, the purpose was to relax in the grounds and use the pool. It was great for this purpose, but if I was booking this stay as a spa location I would have been disappointed. Beautiful setting, lovely grounds surrounding the hotel to relax in. There is a lovely small playground for children to enjoy. We had a very spacious room with a lovely view of the lake.
