The hotel is 3 stars, and we rested in a 5-star hotel. Great view of the ocean. The hotel itself is located right in the ocean! There is also a view of the southern shore of El Medano. Leaving the hotel, you can visit many cafes, restaurants and the embankment. Sometimes they construct a stage with live music! The hotel itself has a very tasty breakfast and very friendly staff. You will be greeted like beloved relatives, the room will be cleaned qualitatively and provided with a transfer to the hotel and the airport. I recommend it to everyone! P.S. In honor of my birthday they made me a delicious dessert :)

The property was very calm specially during the night so very peaceful night for the kids. The swimming pool is amazing and the life guard was very nice. The receptionists were very kind and responsive to any request. And we highly recommend it, wat better than the properties near the crowded beaches specially for the families

We did an 11-night all-inclusive stay at Barcelo. It was incredible! The food was excellent every day. There was a cuisine theme each evening. Plenty of entertainment opportunities and games were offered to keep guests entertained. I personally chose to sunbathe, use the gym, and sit at one of the three bars where you could get all the drinks you wanted. The staff was incredible - nice, helpful, efficient. The hotel itself is huge. You will get a map on your arrival and then use the hotel app for the first two or three days but then it becomes really easy to navigate. We went to stay at Barcelo in November, and the weather was 25-29 C almost every day.
