Romantic Hotels in Playa de las Americas

The structure is located in a very comfortable area - 10/15 minutes walk from all beaches (my favourite one was Playa de Las Vistas). Staff always available and friendly, the apartment was a jewel! Clean, fully set up with a kitchen area, with all crockeries, pan, induction fob, microwave, and a small fridge/freezer. There was also The bathroom was very neat, clean, fully furbished with towels, shower mat, cosmetics, and hair dryer (which I didn't use), and the shower was a dream - I could stay under the water for long time :) :) :)

Amazing stay at Cleopatra Palace. Perfect location, great breakfast and the best staff. We could use the spa, pool and jacuzzi after checkout and left our bags at the hotel. Special shoutout to Andrea for being so helpful with her recommendations in Tenerife. 10/10 for the stay.

Poolside room was very nice. The music from the evening show was a little loud but usually ended around 11pm.

I would like to say a big thank you, to all the staff, who works in this hospital, As soon as you walked in the hotel. They make you feel welcome, with a glass of bubbly at check in. The food is great. The pool is fantastic, and all the entertainment from all the pool staff is superb. The room is lovely and clean with lovely comfortable beds. The evening entertainment is superb too. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Everything the receptionists was absolutely fabulous, so friendly kind and welcoming. The location is perfect and the rooms are very clean and very spacious. Well worth a visit, I will definitely be booking again.

We stayed for a month and had a pool view and sea view room which was great. The staff goes out of their way to help, the location is perfect for us-just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, pubs, entertainment yet away from the noise.

Loved the view and the fact that they assigned a room on the high end of the resort. Loved everything about it.

Lovely apartment in great location. Apartment spotlessly clean and everything you could think of provided. Hosts friendly and helpful. Quick to respond to messages. Met us there at check in and also came to checkout and arranged us a taxi to the airport. The complex is located on a main road so yes there's some traffic noise but nothing that is overly bothersome and when the doors were closed at night you couldn't hear it at all. There is a small supermarket over the road although we didn't use this...as a 10 minute walk away there is a bigger mercadona, (located in the X-Sur complex) which had a much better selection and better prices. The siam park bus stop is just around the corner and the beach/ shops/ restaurants about 10 minutes walk. Whilst the complex itself is a little dated, the apartment was comfortable and modern. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of sun beds (with no queuing 30 minutes before the pool opened to reserve a bed with your towel). Could do with more umbrellas around the pool to provide a little more shade (but the apartment had a beach parasol in the cupboard that we could have taken to the pool if necessary)

Spectacular views, fantastic sunsets, nights and mornings. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Possibility to book a massage. Food was good and coctails too

Up to the mountain over 1000 m above the sea level, fresh air after you drove up from the crowded beach of Tenerife. I place to stay more days and probably hiking around and discover the genuine cliffs and landscapes surrounding the hotel. The staff wait for you to welcome and offer all the hospitality you couldn't expect from another conventional hotel. The sight seeing is enough to justify the extra distance to drive from the well known Los Cristianos and Las Americas beaches. Definitely a good value for money with an extra charming atmosphere you will love to experience up there.

I have stayed in this hotel four times so far. It's in a fantastic location, the pool area is lovely and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well looked after. The staff are very kind and helpful. There is a mini-shop beside the reception if you are arriving late and need some essentials such as water, snacks or sun cream.

The hotel features truly luxurious interiors, both in the rooms and throughout the entire property. The design is stunning and very Instagram-worthy — you can easily spend hours just walking around and enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, cozy, and finished to a very high standard, with excellent quality in every detail. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring; any request or need was handled quickly and thoroughly. A large and convenient safe was also a nice touch. The food was exceptional. We chose the half-board option, and everything we ordered was delicious. The chef’s breakfast dishes were outstanding and truly felt like fine dining. The valet parking service turned out to be extremely convenient. At first, it seemed a bit expensive, but it actually saves a lot of time and effort. The car is brought and taken whenever needed, and parking nearby would be quite difficult and time-consuming. At €15 per day, it is absolutely worth it.

Vanilla Garden is a jewel of a hotel! The moment we stepped into the property we received a very friendly greeting from the Front Desk staff (René and Mario) plus a well-needed welcome drink as we had been traveling a long way from New York City. René was excellent at providing information about the property, the ammennities it provided as well as how to get around the town. Mario was also very helpful during his shifts and made our stay very pleasant. The hotel itself is beautiful, immaculately kept and well situated in a quiet area of the town. The grouds of the hotel are amazing and the breakfast that was included was plentiful and delicious. Our stay couldn't have been better, but what really impressed us about Vanilla Garden was the staff and how attentive and friendly they were with all the guests. Very lovely, clean hotel which was recently renovated. Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent location across from the cathedral in the square and short walking distance to the beach but far enough away to have a more local feel. Breakfast and the cava available in the lobby in the afternoon was very enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay! the staff is very kind and helpful, the food is tasty and fresh, and the room is of good size with unique view and details in the bedroom. From the hotel it is possible to take long and relaxing walks, there is a bus-stop nearby and several shops and restaurants. I recommend taking gym-yoga courses! the teacher is so nice and friendly and will make you feel comfortable even if you try the activity for the first time. Yoga on the top-terrace was super!

While all was above expectations, small facilities issues like changing water temperature during taking a shower and annoyingly long waiting time for the lifts could be fixed somehow. But nothing major, would come back any time!

Great hotel with a long tradition. The buffet restaurant in this hotel is THE BEST I've ever been to. The choice of food is incredible, I often couldn't decide what to eat because everything looked so good. And not only is there a lot of food, but it is also of very high quality.

Everything was perfect! Location, hotel, staff, cleanliness, dining room, food choice, sun terrace upstairs . Our 3rd visit and I'm sure we'll be back.

The hotel position is centrally located for busy nightlife pubs etc one way, then more sedate eateries and walks the other way. Beaches within 5 mins walk. Every staff member was super friendly from cleaners to seniors. Food choice was unbelievable and presented impeccably. So many sunbeds so none of that ridiculous ‘putting your towels on seats’ and towels were free too. Quality entertainment every night in 2 locations. (One caveat here - if you’re in block A and not interested in loud live music you won’t have silence until at least 10.45pm!) Didn’t bother us but may do someone else. Overall we had a fantastic time, but we’ve always loved Tenerife anyway. Weather, by the way, was awesome for the whole two weeks (January 22nd to February 5th)

The room was excellent, large bed with a perfect matress, good showerhead and a Nespresso coffemaker in the room. The garden has a lot of space between benches, nice live music in garden. Breakfast is similar to other hotels nearby, could be faster in the omilette making for there was always a line. The gym is perfect, the aroma smell in the entire hotel was great. But I have NEVER had such a lovely staff, specially in the lobby, they where GREAT, loved them !!!

There was a great vibe, very relaxing, the facilities were brilliant and we appreciated the fantastic comfortable and spacious rooms with private amenities. Really unique place. Lovely breakfasts and friendly staff everywhere.

The food was exceptional, the staff was amazing. Overall it's very clean, with a nice bathroom. The food in the hotel is AMAZING, it is even beyond AMAZING. The restaurant is INCREDIBLE, literally we were in awe of the food for the first three days and then we were just enjoying it.

Location is quiet but that’s not a major problem. Everything feels fresh, clean and classy.
