Location of the hotel was perfect. My family and I cma ein by train and we took the taxi to the hotel from the train station. The hotel is located in a restricted area where no cars can pass butt he walk from where the cab dropped us off was very convenient.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was so central to all the sights. The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. We can highly recommend Segovia and this hotel.

The best place to stay is in Segovia. The building is beautiful, and our apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view. We loved it. Certainly, we will be back.

This hostal is beautifully decorated and well maintained. It is very comfortable. The heating works really well. Everything was super clean. It is in an excellent location. I liked it a lot.

The hostal is right in the center of city. The have a valet parking arrangement with a parking lot (17 euro per night) and reservation is required. The hostal is in an old building but well maintained. Staff although do not know English but try to help as much as possible using Google Translator. The staff stays in communication through whatsapp.

Clean, comfortable and convenient space for families wanting to explore Segovia. Walkable to all the sites and so nice having 2 bathrooms. There was plenty of space with the upstairs loft. A nice window for fresh air and light. Very clean with exceptionally comfortable beds!

The location and size of the room

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. I was able to get everywhere I wanted to go within a matter of minutes. The value was really good. I had a clean room that was comfortable.

I did not realize that I rented a room from a literal "castle" building. They gave me the keys to the gate. That place felt heavenly old and beautiful.

Good location, nearby to many attractions and right next to the Aqueduct. Coffee places, supermarket, pharmacy. Bus number 11 from train station is easy and cheaper. Quiet place and sparkling

Really spacious place, clean and with all facilities you might need (including cooking). Nothing really to complain about the apartment itself
