The hotel is PERFECTLY situated! The Hop On Hop Off bus stops at the square right where the hotel is situated and the taxis also line up in the square. We were in walking distance to fabulous restaurants, not least the fabulous rooftop terrace of the Department Store right opposite the hotel. Coffee in the morning was at the little bar on the square before we set out sight-seeing,

I had a wonderful experience staying at Porcel Torneo in Seville. The receptionists were truly outstanding — always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I needed. Every request was met with a smile and solved quickly. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job, keeping the room spotless and tidy throughout my stay. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, guaranteeing a great night’s sleep. The bathtub was a real highlight, modern, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Seville. The location was very good — convenient, with easy access to the city while still offering a quiet and relaxing environment. Everything about my stay was positive. From the excellent staff to the high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and amenities, I truly enjoyed my time here.

Everything! The buildings, the location, the staff and the room.

The view from the high floor and the multitude of room amenities was quite good with this hotel: you can see the center from the window and you can see thr hotel from a high place in the city. The bed was huge: 2m length with 2m wide! Comfy, a bit on the firm side, and the long pillows were very comfortable for a stomach sleeper. Breakfast was pretty good but not too many vegetables, the quality of the ingredients we ate was above average. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

I like the 2pm check-in. Pleasant and welcoming staff. Nice size of hotel, no waiting for elevators. Clean. Location couldn’t have been better.

Hotel Derby is perfectly located in the heart of Seville. Plaza de Duque is wonderful, and from there you can easily explore many beautiful landmarks on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and both the breakfast and the rooftop exceeded my expectations. ¡Gracias! 🌟

The staff were extremely nice even before we arrived. We had to request for twin beds because my friend and I did not feel comfortable sharing a bed, and the hotel tried their best to ensure that we got a twin room. Also, when we checked in, they were really nice and gave us recommendations on places to visit and things to eat. ALL the staff were amazing no matter who we met during our 3-day stay. The room was also spacious and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was also big and spacious with even a bathtub. I didn't know why they were rated a one-star hotel, because they definitely felt much better than some higher-rated hotels I'd stayed at before.

Everything about this place is nice. If you are staying in Sevilla you should choose this one. It has a great location and the room is clean with good space.

Great location, on quiet street. Combination of many buildings all tied together via central courtyard, lots of new additions, lots of work to bring this together into a really unexpectedly massive complex. This is its forte, but also, caused some issues noted below. Otherwise, it's well heated and cooled, well serviced, very very clean, exceptional quality with bar, restaurant, charming courtyard, large clean crib, and parking below (for small cars only via car elevator), excellent professional staff.

Absolutely loved the hotel. It's charming , old and the rooms were comfortable. The staff and service were excellent. The complementary tea at 4.30 had some good refreshments to munch on, and the location was the probably the best.
