The staff were incredibly thorough, attentive and responsive through the Booking.com app! The check-in process was super easy with the code we received as well as moving our bags to the luggage storage across the street so that we didn't have to lug our bags around between check-out and when we needed to leave Sevilla. The bedroom and bathroom sizes were large and there was good space to hang or set out your clothes in the bedroom/living area. The location was also amazing, right by the cathedral and lots of places to eat and souvenir shop.

The room was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. Staff was very nice and helped with any informations we needed. Bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies after walking all day. The hotel is located in the middle of Santa Cruz quarter which made our vacation easier, everything to visit was around us, about 30 minutes maximum to walk. Another thing which we liked was how delicious was breakfast, a lot of choices, amazing deserts and fresh juices. We had an wonderful experience with Casa Alhaja by Shiadu so we definitely would recommend it to everyone 😊

Location was great, just bear in mind that the street is very narrow, so your car will not reach the hotel (but this is common on all the city centre, nothing to do with the hotel).

The property was in the best location you can ask for! Renovated nicely and very clean. Although the apartments were not yet ready when we arrived, they were able to store our luggage without issue. Property management was very quick to respond to our messages. We also left something after we checked out and it was very convenient coordinating with them and the parcel company.

The front desk, especially PAULA and ENRIQUE are very helpful and do their best to help the clients. Honestly they’re the big plus of the hotel. Location is great in the plaza de santa cruz, where youll enjoy lot of restaurants and have a nice walk to the cathedral.
