Excellent communication from the property on access - also reception hours were good too. The reception staff were extremely helpful and when booking in they came up to the room to go through everything with you. Spacious apartment with great kitchen facilities. Free washing machine and dryer available on site which was a huge bonus.

I booked the hotel for my parents as a present. They were thrilled with it. They said the staff went above and beyond and were so lovely. They said the rooms were beautiful and it was clean. Ana and Roberto are the best hosts ever. They were there when we arrived to greet us, Roberto carried our 2 cases up to the penthouse (which we were extremely grateful for) and Ana took time to point out places of interest on the map and gave loads of tips for bars and restaurants nearby. The room and balcony were fantastic and the kitchen was well equipped with tea, coffee, water, biscuits and even a very welcome bottle of wine. Ana also went out of her way to get me a lovely birthday gift which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Ana for coming to our rescue within 2 minutes when we stupidly couldn’t get into our room - the door handle was just a bit stiff!
