Location could nit be better. Front desk incredibly helpful going above and over their duties when I lost my phine and needed help in spanish. Will be my go to hotel kn Sevilla.

Excellent location next to Cathedral and Alcazar. Everything was within walking distance. Staff was excellent and friendly. Room was very clean and made daily. Coffee and tea available 24 hours in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel due to it's excellent location and service!

The location, room service, cleaning, the outdoor terrace, view, staff etc… Also, the reservation process and rates are very pocket friendly.

The staff were extremely nice even before we arrived. We had to request for twin beds because my friend and I did not feel comfortable sharing a bed, and the hotel tried their best to ensure that we got a twin room. Also, when we checked in, they were really nice and gave us recommendations on places to visit and things to eat. ALL the staff were amazing no matter who we met during our 3-day stay. The room was also spacious and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was also big and spacious with even a bathtub. I didn't know why they were rated a one-star hotel, because they definitely felt much better than some higher-rated hotels I'd stayed at before.
