Excellent location, very clean and friendly staff

The hotel is charming, clean, and beautiful. It has a wonderful courtyard where we ate a light dinner from a patisserie. The staff, especially Suzanne was helpful giving us advice on things to see, navigation of the tram system, dishes, utensils, and wine for dinner and getting a taxi to our river boat. The hotel is located near the historic district within walking distance of shops, resturants, and the tram.

This was a wonderful little hotel in a perfect location with a thoughtful and friendly staff. We felt welcome and listened to.

clear guidance for easy access by ourselves in the midnight, washing machine and heat for quick drying, great location in the downtown, and steady Wifi quality for surfing.

We liked the location near the nicest areas of the city, the large bright room looking into the quiet courtyard and the helpful courteous staff. We had breakfast there every day. We will stay there again.

First of all, I must mention the host, who is really an exceptional lady. She was so attentive, helped us with understanding the city - do and don'ts right upon arrival. She gave us recommendations of good local restaurants and shared many other tips. She prepared breakfast and was truly super nice just as a person, which impacts everything during such short-term stays. My husband and I felt very welcome and definitely recommend staying at "Bordeaux Cosy B&B." It's a very clean space, and you will have your own privacy.

This B&B, although a bit distant to the train station Saint-Jean, is conveniently located at the city center on the quiet side street of Rue Boulan and very close to the large supermarket at Meriadeck from/to where one can take the tram on line A to/from the airport. We walked everywhere in Bordeaux except when we visited Cite du Vin, Halles de Bacalan, and Bassins des Lumieres with tram line B. One other nice thing about its location is that it is very close to the Musee des Beaux-Arts. The building and the room had lots of character and the breakfast, which was customized according to the preferences of the guests, was held at the ground floor and was very good in terms of French standards; we always left full. There are also complimentary tea and coffee with the suitable machines in the room. Most importantly, our hostess Laetitia was very helpful and provided lots of information on places to visit and eat. On our final day, we were also able to leave our luggage after check-out and return later to pick them up. We highly recommend this place to those who would like to stay at the city center yet reach the airport with the tram.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Comfortable room. Very close to everything: restaurants, tram stops, Rue Catherine and not far to Tourist information centre.Highly recommended.

Clean and spacious and private parking locked

The host was warm and welcoming, making sure everything was great. The apartment is comfortable and in a beautiful old stone building in a great location on the tram line and 10 minute walk to historic center. I will definitely be back!

Centrally located beautiful historic rooms close to place de la Bourse and all the good eateries and bakeries. Very thoughtfu,warm and communicative host.

The room was beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable, and it had an excellent AC system. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. No complaints!
