The house was very nice decorated, i haven't stayed in a house like this yet. you could find in every corner another picture or sculpture. the host was very carefully, the dinner was delicious and we enjoyed the recommended wine.

There is style and soul in this House! The 17th century character building designed as a family home overlooks the village square.

We had an incredible stay at Jan’s beautiful house in the heart of Burgundy. Every detail, from the furniture to the cutlery, reflects his exceptional taste. Jan was a wonderful host and recommended some truly memorable outings in the area. The breakfast is delicious, and the beds are very comfortable. This place is a real hidden gem.

The two rooms by the road are spacious and comfortable. At least one of the rooms in the center of the back building you see when you come through the gate is small with a sloped ceiling and not near as nice as the two by the road. It is only 269 square feet. We were originally booked in the smaller room I described but there was no place to open our luggage and the room was hot so we requested to be moved to a larger room. The larger room was available the first night of our stay but not the second night so we booked a hotel in nearby Beaune which is a larger, lively, fun town to visit with shopping and lots to do.
