Romantic Hotels in Holt

Completely over-the-moon with this booking (June 2024). Great pub atmosphere, quality ales, delicious food, and very friendly staff. Shout-out to barman Kristian, in particular, who made me feel very safe and welcome. However, by far the most impressive aspect of this venue was the upstairs accommodation (Room #1) which was jaw-droppingly awesome. Huge bedroom, separate bathroom, separate kitchen - everything spotless, very thoughtful decor, incredibly plush king bed. Spent 2 nights here but could have happily stayed 6 months! Thanks to all the staff for making me feeling totally at home. I will make a point of coming back in the future. Good luck!

The Kings Head exceeded our expectations The staff were really friendly, allowed us to leave our bags when arriving early. They were so helpful when I 'lost my car keys' The room was gorgeous, and spotless. We ate 9n the restaurant and the food was delicious!

This really is a wonderful B & B. Anyone staying here will not be disappointed. I loved the nice touches of a fruit bowl, yoghurts in the fridge, nuts, dried fruits & biscuits provided & the excellent breakfasts cooked by Sally, arriving hot from her own kitchen. Sally couldn't have been more helpful to us. It was like a 4 star hotel but having total privacy.

Service is excellent. Food is great value. The grounds are lovely and really beautiful.

Property is maintained to exceptional standards and luxurious comfort. Spotless well equipped. Breakfast is cooked onsite with fresh produce to a high standard. Host is friendly polite and helpful. No downsides at all....even the weather was great 😃👍🏻
