Convenient location for my work trip and had nice leisure facilities on site and two eating options. Cooked breakfast was great.

I found the people who worked in the hotel that greeted me when I arrived and departed were very helpful and kind. They really were lovely. The bed was amazing and the thoughtful gluten free brownie upon arrival was also delicious.

Grand staff and excellent service. I am very delightful with their exceptional service. Very flexible and supportive. I had my freedom there and did not experience any single difficulties. Very friendly environment even for non-English community. Beautiful, clean, peaceful and calm environment. Food is very tasty and great presentation too. Chef deserves 10/10. The room I stayed in was comfortable and private, and they offered breakfast.

Lovely owner who was really helpful about providing non-dairy milk. Perfect little hideaway, with a lovely garden to sit in; just the right size for two people for a base. Having a fridge and small kitchenette was brilliant. We'll totally come back!

Room 15; I came for 2 night for workshop at the university,very clean and tidy, went above and beyond my expectations! Well decorated, cozy room, very clean and spacious bathroom, although room was warm enough there was a heater available as well, hot chocolate and cookies was a warm gesture! housekeeping excellent, well located hotel few steps from bus station, multiple grocery shops around the corner and cross street to the center were star bucks and pret cafes there primark shop and Macdonald. Definitely will recommend it to anyone visiting Norwich.

Lovely attentive staff who made us feel incredibly welcome. Fantastic breakfast and a fabulously comfortable room. We had a brilliant stay and would not hesitate to book again.
