I spend over 50 nights per year in hotels for work and pleasure, and in terms of value for money this is one of the best places I’ve ever been to. Rae is fantastic, the room is great and the amenities are all surprisingly good quality. Plus, my wife can’t stop talking about the handmade granola she had for breakfast. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!

Great accommodation. It was a beautiful location and a beautiful property with a lovely, well kept garden. The rooms were clean and the shower facilities were great- much better than some of the hotels on the seafront. It's only a short walk to the West Cliff and not far from the town. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it was easy to get to. Our host was so friendly and very helpful. Free parking in a good sized car park too which was a plus as our previous hotel cost us £20 per day which seems to be the average for Bournemouth. I can't rate this gem of a place enough! I'll definitely stay again when I'm next in Bournemouth!

Rooms are fully updated, beautifully appointed, plenty of shampoo, towels, tea fixings. This lodge is part of BW Connaught. The restaurant and spa are across the courtyard. Spa is wonderful! Minutes from beach, easy access to town, ample parking.

The Hotel is great facilitates, a very large restaurant and breakfast area. We had dinner in the restaurant and food was amazing. The Hotel is about 10 mins or so from Swanage, with a bus stop outside, we managed to grab a taxi back to hotel one evening when exploring Swanage. The hotel has a small golf course, swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) and the walk to the beach is less than 5 mins, there is a section which is steep down to the beach, but stick with it as it is worth the views of Studland, definitely will be returning the Hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Loved our wonderful evening meal waiter. He was a hoot and a highlight of our stay. Thankyou. Also adored our comfortable room and beautiful views of the ocean.. loved the pool as well.

Was a nice place, with friendly staff, clean rooms and common area, beds were comfortable, well lite rooms, the athletic center was nice, and good transportation nearby. We would stay here again.

The Hotel is situated right in the middle of Bournemouth, great for the shops, beach, park and buses. The Staff were superb, very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The rooms while a little tired (refurbishment is happening early next year) are comfortable and spacious. We intend to be back next year for sure.

Gorgeous looking art deco hotel, friendly and helpful staff, yummy breakfast and very nice set menu choices, clean and tidy bedroom, great location on the cliffs overlooking the sea.

The staff are all incredibly friendly.
