BrazilI had a great time and would surely recommend the hotel to anyone. The place is beautiful, very well maintained, the room was comfortable and the food was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were there during the Easter holiday, so it got pretty busy but that did not affect the quality of the service. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
We had our pet with us and it all went smoothly. I messaged the hotel with a question before arriving with my pet and the response was prompt and the staff accommodated us very well. I hope to be back soon.

We got an early check in. The receptionist in the Mansion House (Cecile/Cecilia) was very friendly and welcoming. The building and grounds were immaculate. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they decorated the room and left us surprises which was lovely.

Beautiful grounds, relaxing atmosphere, bar in mansion house was lovely. Room was a decent size & had opening ‘patio style’ doors which were nice to have open in the warm weather.

Lovely spacious room, huge bed and black out curtains, had the best night sleep! Close to Nirvana spa which is why I decided to stay there, was a lovely ending to a relaxing spa day.

Voco was amazing!! they upgraded our room for our anniversary which was lovely, they also have a lovely pool and spa area we spent a good few hours at!! Staff are all lovely complex is beautiful and the beds 10/10 so comfy

Everything. I couldn't fault anything. We had a fabulous stay for our 12th anniversary and they gave us a complimentary glass of prosecco and a lovely slice of lemon tart 😋.
The breakfast buffet is amazing. Lots of choice. Lovely swimming pool that was a lovely temperature, nice and relaxing. The staff were amazing. Will definitely be staying here again 😀
