Location is top class, right beside the Crucible and 2 minutes from the city centre. Breakfast was good, buffet style. Rooms very comfortable.

Clean and confortable rooms, great staff and service, good breakfast and within a walkable distance to the city center, shops and restaurants.

The location is fabulous. the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful especially Lisa on reception. Very tasty breakfast. A very relaxing place to stay will visit again

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and ideally located for everything we needed. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped, with all the essentials including kitchen utensils, microwave, ironing board & iron, as well as thoughtful extras like complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee. The check in/out process was simple and seamless with clear instructions provided. Overall the property exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or stay again.

This is a homely place. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are very accommodating and warm. I stayed on a Saturday night, so I treated myself to Sunday lunch. What fabulous homemade food at such a good price! I highly recommend this place for a taste of authentic Yorkshire hospitality. It's a yes from me.

I've always wanted to stop on a boat and decided to book this for my Husband's birthday. It is ideally located in Sheffield city centre. It's a short walk from the train station and the main shopping area. The owner sent very clear instructions on how to get here .The boat was very clean and comfortable. The heaters were on when we arrived so it was lovely and cozy and there are blankets to get snuggled on the sofa. The bed was really comfortable. We got woken up by the ducks the next morning. It was just a lovely place to stay

Everything was wonderful, rooms, cleanliness, parking, proximity to Sheffield and the view. A great place for all the family to meet to help me celebrate my 60th birthday
