Amazing well furnished large room near the town centre with a good welcome tray. Staff were friendly and courteous.

The Maltsters Arms was lovely. The pub and restaurant had great atmosphere. Sitting outside in the sunshine on the edge of the estuary was great watching the ducks.Free parking onsite was perfect. Our room was well decorated and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very good. We loved walking about the area, trees and birdlife, beautiful lanes. The breakfast was excellent with great choices( I had a smoked avocado dish with green peppers…sublime). The staff were friendly and helpful especially Erin whom we had a great chat with at breakfast about books in general but particularly her own publications. Thankyou Erin for our wee treat to take back to NZ.👍

Great staff, wonderful food, great facilities

Francesca is an exceptional host, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was beautifully prepared by Francesca herself (ably assisted by Bella the sausage loving dog) and served in the lovely dining room, it was just like eating at home. Our room was spotlessly clean and had all that we needed. Harberton itself is a small village, full of character, we were lucky enough to meet some of the other residents who were so friendly and happy to tell us about life in the village now and in past times. The large dedicated parking space next to the property meant it was easy to park at all times. We have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Church Barn.

The bath was lovely. The staff were friendly The breakfast was great and reasonably priced.

Good value for money, very convenient location for Dartmouth and Dartmoor, dinner exceeded our expectations so well done and we found the staff very nice and helpful.

Warm welcome by the owner, very informative on the area. Always polite and smiley.. The room is very adequate for my needs and extremely clean and comfortable. Close to the seafront shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and I hope to return in November.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. With a clean comfortable room. The location was great with just a couple of minutes walk to the green and sea front. Breakfast was absolutely lovely and we honestly didn't want for anything. There were lots of lovely touches from milk in the fridge in our room to a little box of sweets for our trip home. We will definitely stay again.
