Friendliness of staff. Lady on reception went above and beyond to research Exeter park and ride for us, printing the information out, all from a casual enquiry. Beautiful situation, grounds and abbey in close proximity, fantastic café.

Fabulous breakfast! Accommodating options for dinner especially when one comes without wheels so can only eat in town. Lovely room. A treat to have tea & coffee (plus biscuits) available at any time. Should I ever find myself returning to this area, I won't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a very warm welcome from Michelle and her lovely dog Zula. A clean, bright, and comfortable room. Plenty of room to store your clothes. The shower pressure and temperature were great. Breakfast was very tasty, and served in good time with help from Keira. We loved the facilities such as the conservatory, and the honesty fridge and snacks. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Hosts like this are RARE. Robert and Richard are genuinely phenomenal people. They sincerely care for you and they show it with their property and all their interaction. The welcome was amazing. Breakfast was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
