Delicious breakfast, cooked to perfection. Jonathon was so lovely. Bed was really comfortable. Hotel was very clean for an old building. All staff very friendly and helpful. pool was spot on, didn't use outdoor one but had a look- very nice.

The moment we step in the property to the moment we leave it’s was like home away from home. People at this facility are so nice. I meet Mr Ludek he was serving my drink in evening very nice person. Breakfast and dinner I meet with entire staff and they all were excellent Mr Tom young man with positive energy. He forgot my English mustard or French mustard to bring on my table. But I still appreciate his energy saying it would have ruin my steak if I would have gave you the mustard. He is awesome. Ms Marylin gave me phone charger to charge my phone. This property not only have good location but crew is making this place on top experience. Can’t wait to be back in Woolacombe. And in addition must stop at the teal farmer market on your way from London to woolacombie.

This lovely place and friendly staff made our stay exceptionally memorable, and we had an enjoyable walk down town to the restaurant. Were glad to get a bus back though.

The hosts are very kind, anything we wanted they were there to help us at anytime. Breakfast actually pretty good. We felt like in home even though we are from Greece!

We had a very warm welcome from Michelle and her lovely dog Zula. A clean, bright, and comfortable room. Plenty of room to store your clothes. The shower pressure and temperature were great. Breakfast was very tasty, and served in good time with help from Keira. We loved the facilities such as the conservatory, and the honesty fridge and snacks. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and cozy, looking at a wide piece of green space. Nicki is so friendly and considerate while Rob is a great cook. Nicki is enthusiastic to provide lots of travelling information of the area. Excellent full English breakfast.
