My wife and I were really pleased we stayed at Hotel Edan. Podstrana is not far to Split but still has restaurant's, take away food and mini marts close by. The hotel and room were delightful, the staff pleasant and the food in their onsite restaurant top notch. We would highly recommend Hotel Edan.Hotel

Great location on the beach and easy to get to from the city. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and well furnished.

We stayed at this property before, so that attests that we recommend this accommodation. The communication and the check-in is always easy and fast. The parking is secured which is a bonus. We really liked the patio in front of our room with a great sea view. Really nice beach is just down the steps, with complementary sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for the guests. Just be aware that there steps to the beach in case you have restrictions is your walking.

- Lovely, quiet & relaxing property. - The pool is very nice (although a bit cold) and the sunbeds are very comfortable. - The garden is really beautiful and always kept spotless by the gardener. - There were a couple of convenient stores nearby, one of which was even open in Sunday. - 3min away from the beach, and many restaurants within walking distance. - Possibility to do laundry - The AC was working well and cooling the room efficiently. - The studio was very clean.

Great location and the couple that runs it are so sweet. They offered us drinks upon arrival, the husband drove us to the grocery store because he said it was about to close, and the wife helped us with laundry.

Owners were so friendly and helpful, the swimming pool and the yard are beautiful and breakfast was really really good! Beach in 3 meters from the facility!

Very good place to stay especially if you plan to stay long. All required kitchen equipment is available along with washing machine and AC that are very critical in Split during summer time. Host is very pleasant person. If we come back to Split we will definitely choose same place again

Everything was as we expected. Small, clean apartment with all the needed facilities. Very close to the beach and the supermarket. The shop around the corner.

Room was nice and neat. Staff was very polite and welcoming and at the leave I received a bag of home-planted tangerines.

Friendly staff, Lili was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate her guests. Property was large very clean and comfortable.

The property was very well maintained. The grounds were well landscaped; shrubs and olive trees were well tended. There was a pool, also well maintained. Our rooms were spotless and spacious. The bathrooms were well stocked, very clean. The owner provided us with beer and wine in the refrigerator upon our arrival. Mario, the host, carried our luggage to the second floor rooms. The provided breakfasts were outstanding, fresh fruit , drinks, meat and cheese, cereals, eggs, pastries.

Rosa is an excellent cook and prepared a large breakfast for us. She was always ready to provide a cup ofgood cup of coffee for us too. We especially enjoyed sitting on her lovely terrace under the sun umbrellas. we were with Rosa for ten days and began calling the terrace our "front porch". Her greatest concern is for the comfort of her guests and we will be quick to reommend "Apartmani Split" to our friends.

Beautiful property. Close enough to old city ($6 uber ride or 2 by bus). Safe beautiful beach and walkway. Pool is awesome.

Personal was great, self check in and check out was easy. My experience was great. I travelled alone yet became a friend directly with the staff. Room was comfortable, clean. Breakfast delicious and wide choice. Perfectly comfortable, sparkling clean and quiet guest house. The breakfast is top-notch. It has the best beds ever for the perfect sleep.

Staff, especially Irena, was very helpful. Hope the management reads this review and provides some kind of recognition. I travel for business and I look for good breakfast, gym, good table in the room for work. All check.

We liked everything about the property. From the welcome at reception, to the spacious room overlooking Split, to the rooftop pool and Wellness area. All excellent.

Simply great value for money hotel in terms of location, staff, comfort and breakfast. The staff and the service exceeded my expectations. The room design was nice and practical. The balcony with view of the harbor is a great advantage.The room was very quiet and the large double bed extremely comfortable..The parking was safe and the breakfast was excellent.

Great location and comfortable room. Front desk was above and beyond helpful and even packed us breakfast to go since we had to leave so early for the airport. It was delicious.
