This hotel was a delightful surprise. We expected warm spa waters and a charming setting around the thermal basin in the center of the village. But we got so much more, a very comfortable room, a welcoming staff and a very good restaurant with a terrific wine list. This hotel is family owned and operated and their pride really shows through. It is also in a great location for visiting Pienza, Montepulciano and Montacino.

The view from agroturismo, the walk rhrough olive garden, comming out from thre room directky to olive garden, very nice and friendly owner. Many possibilities to see beautiful places like campi elisi, capella della madonna, saint antoine abbey...

A gorgeous property and spacious, well looked after rooms. Stunning views all around, lovely towns close by with exception food & drink. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who went above & beyond to look after us and help us book various experiences & dinner reservations. Would highly recommend to anyone and hope to be back one day! Everything! Our apartment is very well decorated and extremely clean. The owner is very nice and quick to response.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The bathtub and the bathroom were amazing we had lovely breakfast with the view , and the terrace was the highlight of our stay. We would definitely recommend this place.

Even better, more charming and better equipped than in the pictures. Perfect location for exploring Pienza. Cinzia went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We hope to be back again soon!

What didn't I like?? Everything about the property and its amenities were stellar. The lounge chairs all over the property made it almost feel like you had the views and the place all to yourself. The pool was clean and very big. The cave spas were incredible. They were so relaxing after many days of traveling and sight seeing.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and excellent customer service. Very nice breakfast. Clean, simple, elegant rooms and bathrooms. Slippers are a nice touch. Location is excellent, short walk to center, felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. Limited reserved parking on side street of property.

I liked having a separate private entrance to the room. It was a great location for everything in Pienza. The host was great and very communicative during our stay, and the employee who checked us in gave us a lot of recommendations. The room was huge, and having a table was a big plus.

The rooms, the breakfast, but the most important thing is the amazing view!
