Immediately upon arriving, we felt welcomed by hosts. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are magnificent, it felt super clean and a good size.

The location and the quality of the furniture

We had the best time! The staff went out of their way to increase our joy and relaxation. The pool and spa are designed beautifully, so relaxing and beautiful to the eye. All the senses are pleased by the outside, the food, the art, the care of each staff and the gorgeous furniture and bedding.

We loved our stay! Such a charming place, amazing hosts and wonderful breakfast.

We arrived late and they were almost closing the kitchen. The staff was very friendly and even feeding us dinner. We had a great room at the top with a view of the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, and all were friendly. I love the puppy.

Location is perfect. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. Rooms clean and cosy. Near the hotel there is some restaurants where you can get good pizza's and spritz. Breakfast at hotel was like in home. Recommending this hotel for thouse who like peace and quiet.

We randomly found this property on Booking.com while looking for places to stay outside Bolzano but convenient to sites. We didn't know anything about the location or the area but the property got great reviews and we took a chance. We, like the others that came before us, loved this wonderful hotel and wish we could have stayed for longer! A delightful, clean, modern room in a classic lovely chalet-like hotel. Best breakfast on a trip full of incredible breakfasts. You could tell this was a family business, and charm, caring and love filled the space. When we drove to the place it seemed out of the way, but that was just us not knowing anything about the area. We had a rental car and explored, but wish we didn't because there was so much accessible through the hotel itself - they provided a pass with free access to a local train, gondolas, and some local sights. 15 minutes via train and tram to Bolzano. The restaurant had incredible food. Don't miss the Honey Museum, the Piramidi Terra, and gondola up to Ritterhorn. The staff were truly wonderful - helpful, kind, and thoughtful.

I hadn't stayed here before so not sure what to expect but it was truly lovely. The room was very comfortable and quite large, with a super nice Jacuzzi shower/tub combo, huge bathroom and bedroom, lovely corner view of the Schlern mountain, lots of storage space. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff truly lovely (although there was a slight language barrier with one staff member as I don't speak Italian). Even lift access to my floor from reception/breakfast which I didn't expect (though do note the entrance is not level access and involves multiple sets of steps). A brief walk down to the centre of Seis am Schlern/Siusi and its grocery store and bus station, with a slightly longer walk to the Seiser Alm Bahn. Would gladly stay here again.

It had been very pleasant stay. Breakfast was very fancy and delicious. Very welcoming atmosphere in such a beautiful location with picturesque views. It was a little language barrier in communication, but we got by. It was a little far from everything, but we were aware of it. We did not mind driving extra distance, because price and quality of the accommodation were just right.

Couldn’t be better located, staff were exceptional, rooms were spacious and clean, the views were beautiful, and breakfast was great!

Fantastic location, just steps from gondola to Bozen. Charming staff and proprietors. Convenient restaurant on site. Clean, spacious apartment recently renovated.

The breakfast was good and the staff was kind and helpful. The jacuzzi and the sauna give it a plus. The rooms were very clean and well spacious.

Julia was so very welcoming & Patrick patiently answered our questions & gave wonderful suggestions for sightseeing in the area. It was a fantastic place to stay! We highly recommend it!

Excellent food and wait staff! Different menu every night, with good choices/options. Perfect portion sizes for multiple courses.

The town is absolutely the cutest thing. The hotel is wonderful, with comfortable rooms and amenities. The breakfast is super delicious, with many options for both food and drinks, featuring local products that are the yummiest! We loved the spa area with sauna and steam. There is also an honor system bar where you can serve yourself and hang out with your companions. There is also a game room and even a guitar available for playing, which my talented son took full advantage of. We were very pleased with our stay at Cavalino D'Oro - Money well spent!
