Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Staff gave us key recommendations for our outings that made a significant differences. For example, instead of going to any spot on the beach, we went to a great spot with cleaner water and a sand bar for the kids to play on. Rooms were neat. AC was a great respite from outside adventures.

The Metropole is located right in front of Grado's pretty tourist harbor. It is just a 5 minutes' walk from the the pedestrian area in the historic center, and the beach with thermal spas.

Really friendly receptionist Francesca. The hotel itself is very clean, well furbished and spacy. So is the room. We had a spacious balcony and comfortable bed. We definitely plan to return to this hotel. It is really close to the center, restaurants and shops.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The room was comfortable with air conditioning and with fridge, a lovely bathroom with daily towel changes. Good location to the beach and the supermarket. Free parking area in front of the hotel.
