United KingdomVilla Mercede was an EXCEPTIONAL stay. The staff provided great communication before my arrival and during my stay, and were always available at the main desk to assist. The room was perfect, with a great view of the complex and Frascati. The facilities were perfect - I used the pool near the Padel courts and had a great experience, having food, drinks, music and relaxation. It was a perfect getaway from the busy city of Rome, and gives you time to experience some bliss. Very good prices for the room, food/drinks, and spa treatments. Only a 15 minutes walk to Frascati train station, and half an hour from Frascati to Rome Termini. Only 15 minutes drive from Rome Ciampino airport.
I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

Gorgeous! We loved staying here. It was very chilled and everyone who worked there was warm, friendly, and laid back (in a good way!) so we felt we could really relax and find our own pace. No starchiness or corporate vibes. We didn’t have a car but it was no problem we got around with taxis, Uber, and free shuttle bus. A great place and lovely part of Italy to explore.

A peaceful and relaxing place to while away a few days. We were so lucky with our room and had a perfect spot to watch the sun set from our balcony. I particularly enjoyed a late evening swim which was wonderfully restorative.

Maurizio is a very nice and good host. Allways helpful and interested. The breakfast was really good, everything we wanted was there. We booked a suite, which was very spacious, but could use an upgrade. The room was clean and good towels were provided. We did miss a safe though. The balcony was enormous and had stunning views!

The main 16th-century building is absolutely stunning and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. It's not far from the centre of Frascati but on a hill with a lovely view of the town.

We had a wonderful stay, it was near a lovely village called Frascati and we need to come and stay again so we can visit there. The room was lovely and we were given an upgrade. Breakfast was perfect and the restaurant was beautiful as was the building. The staff at the hotel could not do enough for you and the handy shuttle bus from the train station was welcomed.
