Tenuta Cusmano is a charming, authentic, elegant Italian country manor in a very picturesque location, sitting above vineyards, overlooking the surrounding hills, distant Rome and the Tyrrhenian sea. The lovely garden presents vast lawns shaded by centuries - old pine trees and offers breathtaking views. The reception and breakfast areas feature "cotto" (terracotta) floors and have finishing in high - quality wood and stone. The airconditioned rooms have parquet floors and large porticoed terraces from which you can enjoy an extraordinary panorama.

Neighborhood info

Most guests of Tenuta Cusmano opt for a rented car to enjoy the maximum freedom of movement from/to airports/tran stations and in the area. Our hotel is in a nice region and by car you can make some excursions such as Castelli Romani's tour (Abbazia in Grottaferrata, Frascati centre and Tusculum, Pope's Summer Residence in Castel Gandolfo and the lake, Albano, Ariccia, Nemi's lake, Rocca di Papa), visit of Ostia Antica, Tivoli and its wonderful Villas, Palestrina, other picturesque villages and of course Rome (whose outskirts are just 10 km away!). In the immediate vicinity of our Tenuta there are several good quality restaurants of various levels, the nearest 500 m away, the others in the pleasant village of Grottaferrata, at about 1,3 km from the estate ("Taverna dello Spuntino", "Mangiafuoco", "Da Gastone", "Peccati di gola").
