Perfect condition and cleanliness. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with local travel tips and advice. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location was very close to the bus stop and train station for easy access to Venice.

The room was great. Good size room, the bathroom was clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. The kitchen was always supplied with snacks.

The location is metres away from the train station, the staff were lovely and the room was clean and spacious.

The room&hotel were very nice and clean, lovely garden, very friendly and helpful staff, had dinner twice at the restaurant there and the food and service were very good. The bus to Venice is vis-a-vis the hotel(around 20min ride)

Villa Costanza has a way to make you feel at home. It is not too close to the station, to a very quiet traditional Italian neighborhood, but close enough to find your way about Venezia in a day. The staff was exceptionally communicative and friendly and was there around the clock. They even have a patio for smokers, so you don't have to stand on the pavement.

We came again, because everything was great last year. Central location, situated near bus/tram station, so it's easy to get to Venice. It also has a parking space nearby. Dario is an excellent host 😊

Very helpful staff in front desk. Comfortable beds. I really liked floor heating in the area we left our shoes, because it was rainy every day and this detail made our vacation better to have try shoes every morning.

A real holiday sanctuary, even better than the photos! We loved our stay here so much we even found ourselves wondering if we *really* wanted to go to Venice ;) It was super easy to catch the bus and/or tram over to Venice though, and we found ourselves exploring Mestre more than anticipated. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful decor and everything we could have ever wanted, including A/C. The pool and garden were so great, especially for the kids. Very impressed and would love to return!

Everything was clean and in excellent condition! Check-in and check-out were super easy and convenient. Our kids don't always appreciate that we usually book accommodations that only have a pull-out sofa-bed for them to sleep on, but they loved this one and said this was the comfiest one they've ever slept on. Location was also great - a tram over to the main island was just a 3-minute walk away, and a bakery, supermarket, and pizzeria were all within a 5-7 minute walk. We didn't actually see Alberto until we were leaving, but he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay via WhatsApp.

From the moment you drive through the gate, this hotel gives a feeling of being very special. The grounds are immaculate ad the building is imposing. This is just what luxury looks like.

Bus stop is very close and easy to get to Venice. There is a grocery store (Aldi), a health/hygiene store, and a mall within a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful.

We were pleasantly greeted by the hostess. The location was very convenient to the Marco Polo Airport. After weeks of travel it was nice sitting outside and enjoying patio. The breakfast was exceptional with a large variety of items to choose from. There was an excellent pizza/pasta restaurant directly behind the accommodation.

The location is really close to the train station, which was very convenient as we carry luggages to get there. The reception officer was very welcoming and the Hotel upgraded our rooms so that our rooms were able to stay close to each other. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had to check-out early, so the Hotel staffs prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. Thank you for the excellent service.
