My home is conveniently located for all means of transport to reach Venice in just 15-20 minutes. At 50 meters there is the bus stop instead you can walk to the train station in 15 minutes. The recently restored house is the only independent house on 2 floors surrounded by a pleasant garden with fruit trees. The fortunate position in which it is located makes it always bright in the sun. The house has a double parking space closed by an electric gate. Inside there is a particular staircase that leads to the upper floor where there are 3 bedrooms, one with a terrace overlooking the garden. All rooms are equipped with a new air conditioning system. We offer the opportunity to make excursions with our boat inside the Venetian lagoon, this will allow you to visit inaccessible places, hidden corners, and have lunch in typical restaurants on the fishing islands.
