The location is perfect! Leonardo is a wonderful host. Rooms are clean, comfortable and adequate. We ate at their restaurant (his son is the chef) and it was excellent! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, nice safe apartment, walk in shower, excellent host, convenient free parking, delicious breakfast, shuttle to beach right outside, easy walk to Sirolo.

The location of the property is a 10minute walk to the beach. If you have a car, you can access a lot of beautiful beach locations. It is close to a lot of shops and the weekly market. The property has enough kitchen utilities to cook inside. there is no mosquito net, so I suggest taking some electronic ones or using the body spray protector.

Excellent… across from beach. Just make sure you bring your own coffee and your own food because the grocery store is about a 20 minute walk… or you can hire a taxi.

It was quiet, safe, clean, had lots of charm. Service was excellent, staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant served delicious seafood meals— We didn’t need to look for any other restaurants for dinner!They also served very good breakfast that came with the room rate. Excellent view! Lots of places to explore— including the Portonovo Beach!

This hotel is exceptional! What really makes the difference is its perfect location inside the trees and only 5 minutes walk away from the beach of Portonovo! The room was pretty comfortable and the breakfast had a big variety of choices including some healthy options as well. Also the people working there are just delightful, ready to help with whatever it is you need. We will definitely be back 😊

This hotel is located in arguably the most beautiful part of the Italian Adriatic coast. Sleeping in an old fort was a very nice experience.

Great place in an amazing ambiance. People are extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Wonderful beaches in close proximity.

Nice country house with guest rooms on the 2-nd floor, first floor is the restaurant (didn’t work) and bar. Good breakfast, nice location.

Room was very clean and spacious. Elevator to appropriate room level. bathroom was decent.
