Breakfast was great and warm. Beautiful setting outside for breakfast. Location was ideal with amazing views of sea and Tropea town. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Pool was wonderful and room was new and well appointed.

Great location Nd excellent facilities

We had a great stay at Residenza Arena. It is not in the very center, about a 15-minute walk, but it was not a problem for us at all. The private parking in the yard is very convenient, especially if you travel by car. The apartments are wonderful – very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need, including a kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Beach was easily accessible by car, beautiful. Breakfast was fabulous. Valentina works very hard every day to prepare breakfast which was a wonderful selection of vegetables and baked goods. Domenica the owner and her husband were very accommodating and answered all our questions and took care of all our needs.

Location was excellent. Beautiful views of the sea and the islands. Amazing sunsets!

The staff was very friendly and responsive. Breakfast was great and the location was perfect. Close to the beach and close to the centre. We did not have to drive anywhere. Everything was within walking distance.

Carmela obviously. I was there in April, sunny and warm during the day but not warm enough for breakfast up on the top deck. Carmela both made and brought me my breakfast with coffee and a warm smile at 8am each morning. And more coffee when asked! Grazie Thank you to all the staff, you made my stay in your wonderful town thank much more enjoyable!

It was central to shopping and the beach.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The location is near the center of town and perfect for exploring Tropea and all it has to offer. Francesco and his mother are absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I stayed here for 1 week and by the end of the week it started to feel like home. In addition to all else, they serve a lovely breakfast each morning and I enjoyed fresh pastries, fruits, and cappuccinos. Thank you for everything. Probably one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed in in comparison to the price I paid. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! And to all who are considering booking this property— do it, you will NOT regret your decision.

The space was well presented and clean. Was in great location!!

We stayed in the Red room which was very modern, renovated, and comfortable and quiet feeling. The location was great, right in the heart of the town. A very nice comfy and cozy bed. The shower was great, lots of hot water. Breakfast was included and it was the best we had during a 7 week trip of Italy. Breakfast is served on an outside patio which is great to sit and enjoy food and coffee outside in the sunshine. The host is wonderful. So friendly and helpful and laid back, the best host we've ever encountered.

Very nice accommodation, staff super friendly, great location. Nights were quiet, no issues with the noise.

We stayed there for 4 days and we found the apartment very comfortable and good for the value of money. It was well equipped with everything if you needed to cook, also there was a beach umbrella. The location was very good and close to everything. There was a very nice restaurant at the entrance of the building, that had a really good vibe at night and made the neighborhood look really vibrant. Christina was very nice with us and very helpful, always a message away to our requests. Lovely stay!

Breakfast was great; good variety of food to choose from. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was fantastic; calm and relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was serviced daily.

Our stay at Hotel Damanse was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The property was exceptionally clean, with a beautiful garden and a lovely, well-maintained swimming pool. The location is excellent, and the host was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Every detail exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.
