Relaxing oasis inside the noisy city! Food was perfect, staff extremely helpful and friendly) Swimming pool 🔥 We book tour to Angkor wat from the hotel and it was just perfect! Highly recommended

People by the Community is situated a little outside the town centre, within a 7 to 10 minutes walking distance to the Ankor National Museum. Perfect location for me to slow down, relax and reflect away from all the noise and crowd. A 3 to 5 minutes tuk tuk ride away and I am back in the crowds, roaming street markets, Pub streets, cafes and food places. Room is clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Wifi is available throughout the property. The free afternoon tea is a surprise and a delight. Staff were friendly, polite, attentive and took time to ensure that I had a wonderful time. I am glad that my stay also generated opportunities to support the local community and local school. Had a wonderful stay and will definitely book again if I plan another visit to Siem Reap.

Very friendly staff, quiet location but near city center (5 minutes on tuk-tuk), nice pool, gym and spa in hotel.

The resort is very clean, comfortable, and quiet, being a bit out of town. The service was also superb, and Phea Phan at the front desk, was notable in going out of his way to ensure that all our needs were met.

Excellent hotel. Friendly and English-speaking staff. Superb location: close to Pub Street but on a quiet lane. Daily cleaning. The pool is clean. There's a spa nearby, and you can order a massage to your room. Delicious breakfasts with a choice (omelet or fried eggs for the hot option). Definitely recommend!

The staff were extremely gentle, the breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruits, local food and western options as well. They also serve lunch and dinner at their restaurant. There’s a nice and relaxing pool. They also help with tour bookings and offer airport pick up and drop off.

I would highly recommend this hotel! Exceptional customer service and facilities. Everyone who is working here really goes beyond for the guests needs. We are so happy for our choice. Nice room and pool and the breakfast is delicious too.

Location is great, close to the pub street and other nice areas in town. Room was spacious and comfortable, we slept amazingly. The pool area is really cool to relax and enjoy after a day of tours and strong heat. The tuk tuk pick up service was the best, we kept doing the tours with our driver, he's the best, his name is Bunthy! Ask for him ;)

The staff at Memoire d'Angkor were truly wonderful and took care of us throughout our stay, always ready to help with anything we needed. Special thanks to the front desk team — Theary, Niroth, Dy, Moni, and Lisa — as well as the restaurant staff, Sreyn Nit, Kiriya, and Sophea, and the bellmen. I hope I’ve remembered everyone, but every member of the team was equally kind and professional. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a pleasant city view. Though I didn’t get the pool view I’d hoped for, I was very happy overall. The hotel kindly allowed early check-in at 12:00 pm and late check-out at 2:00 pm, which helped immensely. Thanks also to the driver who got us to the airport on time, and to the reception for arranging it so smoothly. The hotel’s location is excellent — truly one of the best in Siem Reap. Before staying here, I had tried three other hotels and left thinking the city had little to offer, but Memoire changed that. From here, I could easily explore the city — dine at Halal South Asian restaurants, visit nearby parks, walk to the lake, pray at Masjid Alneaamah, and spend time at the Old Market and Pub Street. Breakfast was another highlight — a full buffet with many options, unlike other hotels where you order single dishes. Bathroom amenities and water quality were perfect, and the pool area was serene and well-maintained. They even printed documents for me free of charge and let us stay until 6:00 pm before our transfer. Memoire d’Angkor went above and beyond to make our stay special and gave our Siem Reap trip a truly memorable ending.

Let me start by saying I am a seasoned 5 star traveller who isn't easily impressed. I have stayed at all the big luxury chains - Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria Collection, Park Hyatt, Raffles, Peninsula and Mandarin Oriental. Jaya House easily outshines them all. From the moment I was collected from my cruise drop off point at a nearby hotel, I was treated with effortless welcome that was so genuine it took me a little buy surprise. When the assistant manager assured me that I would be treated like family he was not lying. Staff I had never met greeted me by name everywhere I went. The property itself is an architectural and design achievement par excellence. No finish is left to chance and the whole ambiance is a sophisticated eclecticism everything that just works. The grounds have a heavy lush greenery that encases the bold black and white geometric facade in a seamless harmony. It is this "green" philosophy that extends to the hotel's no single use plastics policy as well as the eco conscious Jaya Organics skin care range that is produced locally and sold inhouse. The hotel also has its own small fleet of free tuk tuks that will happily take you anywhere you want within the city and collect you with a simple call from a local mobile phone that is provided by guest services for the duration of your stay. It is these little touches that make the biggest difference to the Jaya House experience. The location was really good. It was a few minutes walk to Pub Street and the Markets.

The room is not very modern and new but clean and has all facilities we need. The swimming pool is good. The staff is very helpful to arrange the transportation to temple and airport with good price comparing to the agency.

I really enjoyed the food and the staff were super helpful and accommodating.
