The property is so beautiful because it’s landscaped, trees and palms also it is a single floor that is unique in Guadalajara because I don’t like towers hotels without any green space , staff are very friendly and very comfortable rooms

Had a room on the 11th floor, with excellent conditions. 24hr room service is quite innovative and exceeded expectation. Undoubtedly one of the best I've seen in a while. Staff, Hotel personnel are quite attentive and very helpful. I'll be staying here frequently.

Everything was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed. location, was perfect access to everything happening around down town GDL. We chose breakfast in our reservation, for we wouldn't have to worry about another meal so early before we started our day. A variety of options to choose from, not your traditional continental breakfast. Staff were all friendly, clean facility

The room with a view on the cathedral was spacious and very clean. The staff was so nice ( shout out to Rosendo and Miguel in the dining room)!! The neighborhood was beautiful. The rooftop was awesome. Seriously, everything about this place was welcoming and comfortable.

I loved the excellency in service, the kindness, and the courtesies. Not counting the hotel overall and room cleanness. Mario, the concierge, provided a friendly and pleasant hospitality. David, the waiter, was amazing. The rooms were big and specious.

Location, cleanliness, good trestment

Loved how comfortable the rooms were and very spacious. The bathrooms were incredibly luxurious and very clean. The staff were super accommodating and recommended good restaurants near by, they offer shuttles to and from the airport and were ready for anything our family might need. They even showed so much love to our little dog who stayed with us, the menu had special meals for dogs too. Incredible stay will definitely be coming back.
