Location, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are huge and comfortable, based on the hotel stay, staff, looks and food, I would have paid more for this stay.

Very friendly staff, Salvador was very helpful and checking in was quick, room was nice and quiet, very close to downtown morelia,the cathedral was just a 5 minute walk, I was very happy with everything, thank you! I definitely will stay here again.

Very tidy and clean, frontdesk very attentive and helpful. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Location is very good. Nice restaurant downstairs with prices very reasonable all round. We will stay again.
