Staying in this hotel already 5 times, every time it's nice - small, but functioning gym, good breakfast, clean rooms, very good service! Super polite personnel, helping us with whatever we needed during our stay.

Beautiful and spacious room. The facilities are clean, and the staff was very kind. The hotel is near banks, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Location & Convenience: Having the Multicentro Mall directly connected is a game-changer. It makes grabbing a quick snack, shopping, or catching a movie incredibly easy without needing a taxi. ​Atmosphere: The "modern and chic" vibe is spot on. From the grand lobby to the sleek room designs, it feels very high-end and fashionable. ​The Views: Since the hotel is one of the tallest in the area, those views of Panama Bay and the city skyline are truly some of the best you can get in Panama City. ​Security & Service: The 24-hour security is very visible and professional, which adds a great layer of comfort when staying in a busy metropolitan area. ​Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work; the rooms and public areas were consistently spotless.

The Room, location was great, pool was good. The Staff was awesome, it was really great. lots of parking space, the surroundings of the facility are great to take a long walk.

They are kind, caring, friendly, and very approachable. The best hotel staff I've ever encountered. The room was spotless and felt like home. I loved the pool, and the time it was open made it accessible to everyone. The location was great as well, and I enjoyed celebrating with the Panamanians on making it to the World Cup. Most definitely the best centrally located budget friendly hotel!!.

The room was clean. The breakfast was okay but the coffee 10/10.

Check in personnel were pleasant, though some delay occurred, perhaps unavoidable. Facility is very clean and modern. The room was well furnished, clean, great bathroom and spacious enough. The restaurant had good variety at a fair price. The sancocho was delicious. Servers are pleasant.

The staff was very attentive to our needs and on the day we checked out, they had the kitchen makes us an early breakfast before getting the Buffett ready. Excellent service all around

Everything about this property was beyond exceptional! The location, the value, size of the rooms, self laundry facilities, restaurant and ALL the staff from Managers to Maintenance were all amazing and accommodating! Big up to Nicholas, Jenney and all the staff! We could not have asked for a better place to stay!

The hotel is beautiful, with many spaces to work, read, relax, and enjoy an extended stay. The location is super convenient, especially if you want to hang out in Casco Viejo and/or have a car, since they offer private and valet parking. Everything is top quality. The restaurants a bar also serve some of the best in Casco Viejo at fair prices. We took the breakfast included option and it was very good in both portion sizes and quality. We enjoyed our stay and will come back next year.

We loved the location, our room was huge and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The views of the ocean from the infinity pool were amazing!

The rooms have high cielings, are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bathrobes were a happy surprise. The location is excellent for exploring Casco Viejo and has many good restaurants at walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful with organizing shuttle service. Highly recommended A++
