The rooms have high cielings, are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bathrobes were a happy surprise. The location is excellent for exploring Casco Viejo and has many good restaurants at walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful with organizing shuttle service. Highly recommended A++

Check in personnel were pleasant, though some delay occurred, perhaps unavoidable. Facility is very clean and modern. The room was well furnished, clean, great bathroom and spacious enough. The restaurant had good variety at a fair price. The sancocho was delicious. Servers are pleasant.

My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. Being on the highest floor, we had exceptional views. It was breathtaking, and I'd recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff is the best. They are kind, caring, friendly, and very approachable. The best hotel staff I've ever encountered. The room was spotless and felt like home. I loved the pool, and the time it was open made it accessible to everyone. The location was great as well, and I enjoyed celebrating with the Panamanians on making it to the World Cup. Most definitely the best centrally located budget friendly hotel!!.
