From the moment we arrived in the beautiful and serene city of Cascais, Hotel Baía made us feel truly welcomed. At check-in, we were greeted by João (forgive me if the spelling is off!), whose warm hospitality immediately set the tone for our stay. When we entered our room, we were surprised with a lovely view of the marina and an unexpected treat — the famous Portuguese pastel de nata. Such a sweet gesture. The hotel’s location could not be more perfect. It’s just steps away from the marina, breathtaking coastal viewpoints, charming shops, restaurants, and even the iconic Santini ice cream shop — a must-try when visiting Cascais. Hotel Baía also offers its own restaurant and an impressive complimentary gourmet breakfast each morning. The variety and quality truly exceeded our expectations. Even after checking out, we were able to safely leave our luggage with the hotel and enjoy a final few hours exploring Cascais — something we greatly appreciated. Laura checked us out with such friendliness and ease, adding to the wonderful experience. A heartfelt thank you to João for your kindness and for taking care of our luggage while we wandered the city, and to all the staff at Hotel Baía who made our stay welcoming, comfortable, and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return on our next visit to Cascais.

The room was comfortable and silent. The staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast with a lot of variety and tasty food.

Such an incredible experience to stay inside a Fortress! Superb stay for a couple of nights to relax and enjoy Cascais!

Fantastic experience! Rooms are big, confortable and with magnificent views to the ocean. Superclean and very polite employees. Breakfast is great and served in a fantastic restaurant with the best views. The architecture is amazing. Easy and close access to a wild beach. Nature is spectacular. Close to very interesting touristic natural beauties.

Everything that you can expect for a wonderful stay!

The location is amazing! Beautiful beach. People are very kind and very nice, especially Ricardo, exceptional customer service. I loved my stay and had a great time. The restaurant is also nice, I had the pleasure of meeting Muchaxo too. The swimming pool area is great, as it is protected from wind. Breakfast is simple, but do not miss anything. Great Cappuccino. Easy to get transport, bus, and the surrounding area is also really nice.

Amenities and easy access to all facilities; great view from balconies, quiet and peace

This B&B was Wonderful. Our room was very large with a wonderful large bathroom, nice shower with great water pressure, a balcony with chairs, a very comfortable bed. The shared area was a full kitchen and huge living area. The kitchen was at our disposal to cook and/or keep things in the fridge. There was a very nice patio area where we could eat as well with a grill area, a swing and a pool! Our host was great. He didn't speak English, but his son translated for us and gave us the tour of the place. He was a very nice young man. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices of deli meats, breads, pastries, etc. and the best fresh squeezed orange juice! Parking was free on the street in front of the house. It was a bit of a walk to restaurants on the coast and a grocery store, but doable. Easy if you have a rental car. This was a marvelous place to stay and we highly recommend it!

Comfy bed, location was great and staff super friendly

Really cozy and had everything we needed. The location was great a 20 minute walk to the coast or train station. Which made visiting Lisbon really easy. The host Ana was amazing she met us and showed us around the apartment. She also provided us with some Portuguese treats which were greatly appreciated. All in all a great apartment

A great hotel in the heart of Estoril!

I was upgraded to a room in the new wing and it was absolutely marvelous. Quite spacious, plenty of mirrors in the room, a blended TV on the wall that is only visible once turned on and an amazing bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable. There was also a small balcony with a view. The breakfast was great and the staff were very kind and attentive to all my needs.

We arrived to the facility late in the evening due to train schedules and previous obligations. We were hungry and the front desk and kitchen staff graciously allowed us to order even though it was time for them to close. We were so grateful after 5+ hours of travel. The facility is absolutely gorgeous. You walk into the facility via a beautiful garden with blue azulejos. It's stunning when lite at night words can't do it justice. The staff of the facility was very accommodating to our late arrival, near midnight again out of our control due to transport issues. Upon arrival to our room we had a hand written note from staff welcoming us for our stay. There is a minibar in room for items which are charged to room if needed in addition to tea and water which are free. The room had a space heater and was very comfortable. The facility was very beautifully decorated. The breakfast was typical European breakfast in addition to hot made to order items. Very good. We will return when the weather is nicer and will recommend to all of our friends that visit as the customer service and the cleanliness was stellar.

The location is perfect, oceanfront! You can walk to local restaurants, shops and the marina. The train station is a few meters away. The hotel staff are wonderful and happy to ensure you have an amazing experience. The room is a nice size and very comfortable with all the necessities. I could near the ocean waves from my terrace. The breakfast service is overlooking the ocean and beach and there is a good selection to choose from.

Beautiful place with great rooms. Was perfect for us! The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. It's about 15 15-minute walk to the city center, and you have paid Street parking.

OMG. Where do I start? Hotel is nested next to marina in center of Cascais. It is well maintained, and comfortable. Rooms are good size, storage and bed is comfortable as dream.

Simply everything! Since the arrival we were surprised the quality of the hotel and the amazing staff. The hotel is amazing! The kids club offers amazing activities for the children. The spa is something amazing too. We will definitely go back!

Really friendly staff, dream location, quiet.

Love the buffet at breakfast. We have never seen such an elaborate buffet before. We especially enjoyed the croissants (melted in my mouth) and the number of juices from which one could choose. Coffee excellent too. We also loved the clothes-washing availability--fast service and nicely folded and ironed.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Lovely gardens, peace and tranquility. The staff are professional, kind and helpful. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with quality products- I particularly enjoyed the coffee and the orange juice. Travelers with children should know that the indoor pool is adults only from 9-11 a.m and from 19-21 p.m. It is very clearly stated- at the front desk, in the elevators, at the entrance of the pool. But ,of course, at 20 p.m, there was a couple with two young children. Well, we complained to the front desk and they quickly shooed them away. So, please, don't be those entitled parents. You have all day to enjoy the pool- follow the rules and let other guests enjoy it for a couple of hours without screeching, screaming and splashing.
