Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff

My wife and I stayed at the Metro Hotel for a few days in July 2025. We were extremely satisfied with the experience. The room was pristine and spacious, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would like to specifically mention the receptionist, Oleksandra, and the manager, Oleksiy. They provided us with local tips and in general were very helpful. Just one little episode. When we left, my wife left her reading glasses behind. The hotel had sent me a friendly email offering to mail the glasses.

Large, handsome suite, with five defined areas, including balcony. Electrical outlets throughout. TV with voice control. Kitchenette. Clean, quiet, secure, comfortable. WiFi worked well. Great staff! Four blocks from Opera Theatre. Two from Philharmonic Hall. Two blocks to supermarket. Two to buffet restaurant. Many other choices. One of the best stays ever. Thank you! Dyakuyu.

Fabulous hotel, location couldn’t be better, attentive team The room was spacious and well equipped, I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel in Odessa for the price One remark only, if you are like me, tempted to sit at the balcony with a book or some tea, while slowly breathing the atmosphere of the city… Do mention in the initial request that you’d prefer a room with a balcony. I haven’t read the messages on the photo while booking and couldn’t get the balcony room. It hasn’t influenced the quality of my stay in a slightest though Thank you for the great service you provide🙏

This hotel offers an excellent experience with very friendly staff and exceptional cleanliness. It's wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The beach is within walking distance, and there is ample parking, making the stay even more comfortable.

The rooms are always well cleaned, and very comfortable. The bed, pillows and linen are good quality. Noise levels are low in city facing rooms which I always ask for. There are good restaurants onsite, and many more a short walk away. A major shopping center is right next door. I find the staff very helpful during my visits. Internet on the upper floors was ok.

Comfortable and cozy hotel. Delicious breakfasts and excellent daily room service Good and spacious shelter (restaurant )on -1 floor made a difference for me. During attacks at night you can have some sleep there and also work if needed

Very friendly staff. Accommodating. Although I asked for two beds, we were given a room with one. Staff upgraded us for free to a two bed room.

Great patio inside, friendly staff and ideal location. Shelter also available along with the parking lot.

Clean and comfortable hotel in the very center of Odesa. The prices are reasonable. The staff is super helpful and supportive. They allowed us early check-in and late check-out free of charge. I strongly recommend this place!

I used to stay at this place for a few times, and the only issue I face is the availability: they booked most of the time due to the excellence of the place. Everything is exceptional. Manager Lyuba is the best.

There was amazing room with a gorgeous bed. Loved it! The room was clean, warm and nice. I felt safe as it was on the first floor near the shelter stairs. And I appreciate careful treatment I had. I got back to the hotel from the walk late night and it was freezingly cold, and I was guest with a hot tea in my room!!! Thank you so much!!!

🫶🏻 Everything! This place is perfect— it looks just like a five star hotel!!! 🤩 Place was so peaceful and quiet! I got perfect sleep 😴 They even have free bottled water and a professional coffee machine that is complementary to use! ☕️ (tastes just like at the café) Thank you very much!!! 🙏

класичний прикольний готель:) навіть звичайний номер був комфортним, з усім необхідним. окремо хочеться сказати про адміністраторку Світлану — уважна і привітна, готова піти на зустріч і допомогти. Наявність сніданків — однозначно плюс. Не їм мʼяса і навіть було чим поснідати))

Perfect location and careful personnel — they even brought me a cake and glass of Prosecco because it was my b-day. But I didn’t tell them about the date. Also it’s a pet-friendly hotel so I stayed with my dog.

Each and everything was great receptionist guy was very nice in the evening time and morning time lady she is also very nice

The hotel was simple, but had everything you needed and was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room even had a large bottle of drinking water; which I liked very much
