The location is great as the hotel has direct access to the mall. Parking is available and free. The rooms are nice and the hotel is clean.

Hyatt Regency Reston is the only hotel located in Reston town center, just steps from the commercial area, dining options and movie theater. Dulles International Airport is a 10-minute drive away.

Helpful, friendly staff morning and night; clean throughout; great layout in suite shared with friend, with sofa, desk, 2nd tv, and minifridge grouped in area separate from beds, would work well for families too; room seemed well insulated from noise; grab bar for shower was appreciated and a safety necessity for many of us. Good breakfast buffet with hot items and cold, all kept well stocked - I enjoyed the hot oatmeal with various toppings. Convenient to highways, near many restaurants and shops. A great 4-day stay!
