Shah checked us in and he was exceptional in every way. An astute professional and first point of contact. Please thank him for us as we were so jet lagged from flying into Logan from Australia. Then the night time staff were wonderful as our luggage was delayed and came in at 1.30am. Please thank your night time crew for all of their assistance. What a wonderful place to recover from such a tough trip. The pool was so nice too and helped us recover.

Staff made our visit special. When our heat wasn’t working, they gave us a different room. Very friendly and on our checkout, even made us coffee. We will be back. Breakfast was pretty good, but the coffee was not

Shazarad (sorry if I misspelled her name) was lovely and helped execute my surprise visit to my friends by knocking at the door and saying “housekeeping “. She has a beautiful smile and is very sweet. ☺️ The front desk staff was very helpful every time I called or spoke to them in person. I mainly worked with Jason and he was great. 👍
