The staff gets bonus points for hospitality, professionalism and courtesy. As Ambassador Elite at Marriott Bonvoy I've had my fair share of interacting with hotel staff. For a small hotel to provide service levels that I find better than many Marriott properties I've stayed at is definitely worth extra credit. If it weren't for that I would've rated this hotel 7/10 on account of the loud noise at night but the bonus points for the service makes it a 10/10. They have green tea & coffee in the lobby as well as in the room. A water filter for hot & cold water in the lobby so you don't have to rely on bottled water. Location is close to many Asian restaurants & supermarkets so anything you need is within a 10-min walk.

I love this hotel. Second time I stayed here. The view is amazing, especially from the 11th floor. Its a clean, modern and spacious hotel. The staff were amazing. Mazz (hope I am spelling it right) greeted me the first night. He was so great throughout my stay. Superb customer service. The same goes for David and Valentina. The staff was lovely and always so helpful. The hotel is in Queens but like 15 min from Manhattan and definitely worth it. Close to Subways and connections to both Manhattan and the airport.

We needed a hotel where we could have our post-op daughter stay with us. Finding a hotel in the city at this time of year is virtually impossible. The Best Western had the availability that we needed, and they were able to get us checked in early so our daughter could lay down.

The hotel staff were hugely accommodating - not only did they move and upgrade my room due to an initial dog barking, I fell unexpectedly ill during my stay and they assisted me hugely. Despite the unexpected illness I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel and staff highly. My room, both original and upgraded were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The kind team on reception also took the time to direct me to my Grand Central Express airport bus and provided me with help to ensure I met my taxi on time - much appreciated when feeling under the weather.

The staff was very polite,attentive and absolutely helpful!! I was surprised that the service was so good .. We will definitely come back next year.

Everything was great.Lovely location.Near enough to walk uptown but far enough away from Times Square etc to have a good rest. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud.

The rooms ara spacious, cozy and comfortable with nice design. They were very attentive, kind and helpful. Yudelka at front desk is exceptional in customer care.

Middle of downtown NY, walking distance to Radio city music hall, Central Park and time square. Valet parking. Smiling and courteous employees.
