The woman at the desk and who made breakfast was so welcoming and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The whole property was clean and very prettily decorated.

The antiquity, the food, the sherry in every room, the bath jets, the coffee and hot tea station, the super quiet living room, etc.

Great communication; extremely accommodating. Comfortable room and enjoyed the parlor.

The staff was lovely! Lesley at the reception made us feel so welcome and got treated like royalty! The breakfast staff and the chef also great with the best buttermilk pancakes and breakfast made to order just for you! I would have these pancakes and bacon every day! Location great too. Walking distance to the beautiful beach, st johns pier, splash park, restaurants, gas station, everything. Beds and pillows, great as every Hilton I have been. We will be back because we loved the hotel and st Augustine!

Location was great, right in the middle of Old St. Augustine which made it easy to tour around town and not have to worry where to park. Carriage Way did offer on-site parking. Staff very kind and friendly. My husband loved being greeted with an offer of wine, soda, water. Also available was coffee and tea and maybe other items, I didn't get a chance to go look. Cream Sherry in the room besides small refrigerator offering sodas and water. Nice size bathroom with a jet tub, big walk-in shower, with shampoo, conditioner, body soap and body lotion, along with bathrobes. The Emerald room is on the bottom floor with only two steps to get in the room, which was perfect for my husband who walks with a cane. Breakfast was great! Kudos to the chef!

Great place to stay this was our second stay the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff go out of their way to help.We hope to return in March

Perfect location for walking to restaurants, stores, historic sights. The owners/workers were the nicest, most helpful people we’ve ever experienced!!
