quietness-the even numbered rooms face a golf course with essentially no road noise; the building is very solid with little sound from adjacent rooms. The breakfast was great. Cleanliness was fine. Only minor glitch- the TV was hard to get to activate until the remote control batteries were replaced.

A really nice spot, it has a beautiful view and the room was very comfortable, you can hear the waves while you are sleeping and the fireplace its very convenient at night. I think a boutique hotel is the best choice if you want a memorable experience. Last but not least, the staff was exceptional, very kind people. Thank you
