When I asked River the nicest most helpful man checked me in. The room was amazing it was quiet and clean and I felt safe.

The hotel was perfectly situated, staff were super helpful with food recommendations and the beds were very comfortable - I could have slept for days! I liked the reusable water bottles and water fountains, but sadly forgot to take my bottle with me. Thanks for a wonderful stay - I will definitely be back!

Located at the center of the city of San Francisco. Axiom was clean,room is bright and clean, provided filtered water and ice in all floors. Secure entry to the room floors via elevator key card access

This hotel is very close to everthing, shops, coffee bars. We walked always by foot and it was amazing.

This is the coziest hotel in San Francisco with french charm. Very good breakfasts in the hotel restaurant, French music plays and it feels like you are in a little piece of Paris inside San Francisco.

Accesible and near to most of the places we wanted to go

I enjoyed the old Victorian atmosphere. Breakfast was decent. Service was friendly and helpful.

We've stayed at the Westin St. Francis a couple times now, and will be back! The hotel is lovely, the bar and cafe are great. The location and views are outstanding!

Excellent Property. Perfect Location. Cleanliness absolutely Perfect. Excellent Staff. Right from Check in till check out..staff always available for your help. Morning tea and coffee available at right time. Overall Perfect for safe stay.

Room: Beautiful, with huge windows and a nice view. The kitchen corner was equipped beyond my expectations! Plates, utensils, glasses, kitchen towels, even sponge and liquid for washing the dishes. The only thing missing was a kettle for tea, but you can repurpose the coffee maker. Very comfortable bed, big bathroom. They warned me at check-in that the cleaning will not be done every day, but it was sufficient for me. Location: Great, few min walk to the union square, close to some bus stops. Just avoid going to the direction of the problematic neighbourhood. The terrace lounge was very nice and cozy, possible to take tea, coffee or hot cocoa.

It is a classic, historic location and building. The room was fine; bed was super comfy, and the view was great. As retired military I had to visit the Top of the Mark Bar, receive a free shot, and sign the logbook.

It was a marvelous experience to stay at the fairmont just before New Year, decorations, lobby, halls, rooftop garden - all fantastic. The suite (spreckles) - marvelous, in room dining - fantastic, concierge, room service, front desk - all very accommodating, special Kudos to bellman Jonas for helping with luggage and showing us around.

Staff were so accommodating, it was really clean.
