I stayed here last minute after my flight was cancelled. While I arrived late in the evening, the staff on duty were incredibly welcoming and kind, especially appreciated after a hectic travel day. They made sure I was able to get settled in. The room was absolutely wonderful, with a spacious bathroom, room, and balcony, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Small touches like the kettle being pre-filled were greatly appreciated. While I’m happy my flight was rescheduled, I wish I had more time to enjoy staying here, not just because of the room and location but also because of the welcoming and kind staff.

The Bonne Esperance is located in a Victorian guest house, 7-minutes walk from the University of Stellenbosch. It has free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool and a wrap-around veranda.

The room was luxurious and spacious. Staff were exceptional in providing assistance and sincere in their efforts to ensure your stay was memorable. This is a first class property at affordable rates. Great location for walks along the river, shopping and dining choices. The breakfast is extensive and delicious!
