Location is great despite the traffic coming in and out. The beach and pool are great and the hotel is clearly top notch as most of hotels in Dubai. What stood out the most was the amazing and professional staff all over at every section in hotel, they are super friendly and welcoming and that what will stick in my memory from our family's great holiday trip. Special thanks goes out to Borak who noticed a my son's birthday and sent a complimentary birthday cake, and to Ali Reza who was fantastic with us and kind to my son and did a brilliant job with room keeping.
