This is a five star hotel and it deserves this rating fully. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, the staff are knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. The spa area is large enough for a city hotel and has long working hours. The room is comfortable.

The receptionist was very helpful. We arrived around 7 pm and have limited time to visit Bern. Because of the receptionist efficient and detailed introduction, we spent more than 2 hours to visit Bern downtown, enjoyed the food and watched the sunset in downtown. And also spent the morning of next day to tour in Einstein house. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to go to downtown. The free parking and breakfast are very nice. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Overall, we had a very good experience in Bern. Would love to visit again and recommend this hotel to friends.

Location was great access to trains, easy walk to main town. Staff was most helpful and friendly. Room was very clean & shared bath was very easy to access!

From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

We had an outstanding stay at Bellevue Palace Hotel Bern, truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere is incredibly शांत and elegant, with spacious rooms that make you feel completely at ease. The team was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, and the breakfast was simply excellent. One of the highlights is the bar, rich in history and character, which adds a unique charm to the experience. The hotel offered a comfortable stay with great Chinese food and awe-inspiring panorama of Lake Thun and Mt. Niesen (the pyramid mountain) among others and we were lucky enough to see an amazing complete rainbow bridge over the forest. The host team was also kind and helpful. We highly recommend the hotel to any travellers especially families.
