Great location and it was a little splurge while walking the Camino. I can’t say enough good about both the shower and bathrobe.

The facilities are well equipped for arriving peregrinos. Maria was most helpful in helping with my bag forwarding and getting laundry done. I highly recommend this place. The restaurant has great food. My third time there. I will return.

The rooms were comfortable, quirky in a good way, and quiet. The location is only 400 m from the Cathedral Square but far enough away that all was quiet when I wanted it to be.

Convento de San Benito is a restored convent, set in the pretty Galician fishing port of A Guarda. The spacious rooms all have a french balcony, a mini-bar and a safe.

The receptionist was so helpful. She gave me advice on traveling, restaurants, airlines, and hairdresser. I felt very safe here as a solo traveler. I also loved having a bath tub.
