The whole experience was excellent. Greeted cheerfully and as our room was ready we were able to access the room early. The room was very clean and pleasant. The facilities were spot on. We loved the view from the window of the river. It was less than 5 mins walk to the shops and restaurants. Perfect

A beautiful hotel with fantastic old world decor, high ceilings and sumptuous furnishings. The view from the terrace was spectacular. The staff were wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was amazing. The building was from the 1400s, but nicely updated. The room was very large and very clean, with a separate sitting area and two TVs. There was also a fine restaurant on site. The staff was lovely and very helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay here. They are very pet friendly (but also have areas where pets cannot go, which is very fair). I cannot recommend the old court enough, the views around are so lovely and picturesque, the breakfast was delicious. We went back for lunch and they were pretty busy but made an effort to sit our group of 6 which was very much appreciated. Sunday roast was delicious, a few people ordered lasagna and which they said was delicious. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, thank you!
