The room is very spacious for my family. There is bus between the Disney express and the hotel, though the hotel is right across from the express station. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I liked everything about this stay. There was an amazing welcome lounge with tons of amenities and also restaurants plus a Lawson in the lobby not to mention multiple weddings were going on as there is a chapel. And a nice surprise with a foot massage machine in the room!

Hotel Fracs location was excellent for shopping and eating. The train station was just a few minute walk. The breakfast exceeded our expectation. We could enjoy seeing Mount Fuji on a clear day while eating our breakfast.
